For the first time, I attempted to shop for my vehicle via email. Sierra Honda was the first dealership who I contacted that took me seriously. Karen responded to my email with an out the door quote, exactly what I asked for. And guess what? I ended up purchasing my Honda Accord from Sierra.
Andreh was great to work with, and the vehicle service itself was perfectly fine. My only major complaint is the 3% credit card surcharge. Management needs to fix this policy, as passing credit card fees onto customers leaves a poor final impression.
Billy was friendly and worked very hard to please me and pointed out several items he felt needed to be done on my vehicle. One thing I was unhappy about was that I was told my vehicle would be ready between 12 and 2 and it was not. No one contacted me to tell me it was not going to be ready so I had returned the car I had rented for the previous two days around noon. Billy Tam did a wonderful job checking everyone in at the 7:00am hour all by himself as the other co-workers were not there. He constantly apologized for the wait which I felt was minimal for the amount of cars waiting. The service was completed earlier than I expected which I was very grateful for. All I can say is keep the good work. It is much appreciated.

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Accord, but did not receive a copy of the certified used vehicle inspection report. Also, no document mentions about 2 complimentary oil changes.

Luis was great! He really made it easy and was attentive, courteous and generous! He bought me snacks when the wait time for financing became too long. My only concern was how long it took financing as they had a very time-consuming customer to deal with.

I have been going to Sierra Honda to purchase and service my car for over 20 years, even though there is a Honda dealership closer to my house. Kevin Eng has been my go to service person for most of those years. I know that Kevin will not try to sell me something I don't need. He is as honest as the day is long. His communication skills are most excellent. I just hope he doesn't retire before I quit driving my Honda. Sierra Honda is the only place for me to buy and service my vehicle.

The dealership should reconsider lowering its prices, as they are still too high for people who want to get their cars serviced there but don't earn high salaries.

This was my first time getting a car serviced at Sierra Honda. Everything went seamlessly and communication was great. The Ubers they ordered for me to take me home and back arrived very quickly. I decided to use this dealership because we recently moved to Duarte, so this location was more convenient. I'm glad I wasn't disappointed and that this dealership provided the same level of service (and better) as other Honda service departments.

Service Andreh is very helpful to explain the problem why my vehicle cannot move for all the lights is turn on the dashboard. The good thing is that he can arrange the urber to drive me home and drive me back to the dealer to pick up my car. Thank you very much Andreh!
